Cathcart & Dooley was founded in 1982 on a principle of providing the insurance industry with claim and litigation services within the state of Oklahoma for the investigation and defense of first party property claims, subrogation and liability claims. Bill Cathcart and Cary Dooley have directed and assisted with the investigation of thousands of fire claims.

 

We provide the immediate support necessary to put adverse parties on notice, and take necessary steps to eliminate issues of evidence collection and spoliation. Our attorneys are available to direct and coordinate the investigation of complex fire, explosion, and accident scenes on a 24/7/365 basis, and will follow through to the conclusion of the claim.
